CNC & Laser
CNC
All cutting operations utilise CNC punch press and laser equipment. We operate two CNC punch press machines (one self-loading), accommodating sheets up to 2,500mm × 1,250mm and materials up to 6mm thick. Two CNC laser cutters handle sheets to 3,000mm and cut materials up to 10mm, enabling complex shapes without custom tooling.
Six press brake machines fold materials up to 3,000mm length and 10mm thickness. TIG and MIG welding capabilities support mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminium. A CNC tube folder forms round tubing from 10mm to 60mm diameter on-site.
What is a CNC Machine?
CNC Machining is a process used in the manufacturing sector that involves the use of computers to control machine tools. These controlled tools include punch presses, lasers, and bending equipment. The CNC in CNC Machining stands for Computer Numerical Control.

Laser
Laser cutting is a technology that uses a laser to cut materials — metals, in our case — and is typically used for industrial manufacturing applications. The process works by directing the output of a high-power laser, most commonly through optics, onto the work surface to produce precise cuts and detail.
Our laser line allows us to cut intricate profiles in mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium with repeatability that conventional tooling cannot match — and to switch jobs without the cost of bespoke dies.
